• Build and monitor habits
• Manage todos and reminders
• Write journal entries
• Complete daily challenges (Quick Wins)
• View insights and progress reports

3. License

Grant of License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use DailyWin for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Restrictions

You may not:

• Modify, reverse engineer, or decompile the App
• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices
• Use the App in any way that could damage or overburden our services

• All your data is stored locally on your device
• We do not collect, transmit, or store your personal information on any servers
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your device
• You can export and delete your data at any time

6. Notifications and Reminders

• Notifications are generated locally on your device

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Non-infringement
• Accuracy or completeness of content

We do not warrant that:

• The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Defects will be corrected
• The App is free of viruses or harmful components

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
